1. General rule
MANYROUTE may be used only for lawful and authorized purposes. You must comply with applicable laws, court orders, contractual obligations, website terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, and upstream-provider requirements.
You may not use MANYROUTE to hide, facilitate, or enable conduct that would be prohibited if performed from your own network.
2. Cybersecurity abuse
- Unauthorized access, intrusion, exploitation, or vulnerability scanning.
- Malware delivery, botnet activity, command-and-control traffic, ransomware, or cryptojacking.
- Credential stuffing, password spraying, account takeover, phishing, or identity theft.
- Denial-of-service activity, traffic flooding, service disruption, or evasion of security controls.
- Circumvention of authentication, paywalls, access restrictions, rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or technical safeguards without authorization.
3. Fraud and deceptive activity
- Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, fake accounts, ad fraud, referral abuse, or promotion abuse.
- Impersonation, forged identity information, deceptive communications, or false representations.
- Manipulation of reviews, rankings, votes, engagement, inventory, prices, or marketplace activity.
- Any activity intended to mislead a person, platform, financial institution, or public authority.
4. Messaging and network abuse
- Unsolicited bulk email, spam, abusive messaging, robocalling, or harassment.
- Open relays, unauthorized tunnelling, traffic resale, or making MANYROUTE access publicly available.
- Excessive automated requests that degrade a destination or violate a documented rate limit.
- Interference with MANYROUTE, an upstream provider, another customer, or any third-party network.
5. Data, privacy, and scraping
- Do not collect, infer, purchase, sell, or disclose personal information without a lawful basis and required notices or consent.
- Do not collect sensitive information such as credentials, financial data, health information, precise location, or government identifiers without explicit authorization and appropriate safeguards.
- Do not scrape private, authenticated, restricted, or non-public content without authorization.
- Automated collection must respect applicable law, third-party rights, contractual restrictions, and reasonable technical limits.
6. Illegal or harmful content
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual exploitation of minors.
- Content or activity that facilitates violence, terrorism, trafficking, or exploitation.
- Unlawful hate, threats, stalking, extortion, or harassment.
- Distribution of illegal goods, services, or controlled substances.
- Copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other intellectual-property infringement.
7. Credentials and resale
Credentials may not be shared outside your organization, published, sublicensed, or resold unless MANYROUTE gives written approval. You must use reasonable security controls and rotate credentials after suspected compromise.
8. Enforcement
MANYROUTE may investigate suspected violations using account, billing, gateway, and connection metadata. It may rate-limit, block destinations, suspend credentials, preserve relevant records, notify affected providers, or terminate service.
MANYROUTE may cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, and law-enforcement authorities. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, intent, repetition, risk, provider requirements, and the customer’s cooperation.
9. Reporting abuse
Reports should identify the relevant IP address or credential, timestamp with time zone, destination, supporting evidence, and reporter contact information. Send reports to support@manyroute.net.
