1. General policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless an exception below applies or applicable law requires a refund or cancellation.

Data is a one-time digital service allowance that does not expire. Non-expiration does not make unused data refundable or exchangeable.

2. Potential exceptions

  • A duplicate or demonstrably incorrect charge.
  • Purchased data was not credited or delivered and MANYROUTE cannot correct the issue within a reasonable period.
  • A verified material service failure makes the purchased pool unusable and MANYROUTE cannot provide a reasonable technical remedy.
  • An unauthorized payment confirmed through the applicable payment and fraud-review process.
  • A refund, cancellation, reversal, or chargeback right required by applicable law.
  • Another exceptional case approved by MANYROUTE in its reasonable discretion.

3. Situations that are not normally refundable

  • Unused data, a change of mind, or a change in business needs.
  • Data already consumed or traffic successfully routed.
  • A destination website blocking, rate-limiting, challenging, or rejecting proxy traffic.
  • Failure to obtain a particular IP address, provider, carrier, ASN, city, or success rate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
  • Customer configuration errors, credential compromise, or incompatible software.
  • Suspension or termination resulting from a Terms or Acceptable Use Policy violation.

4. Request review

Refund requests must be submitted promptly to support@manyroute.net with the order identifier, account email, date, amount, affected pool, technical evidence, and requested resolution.

MANYROUTE may request additional information and may first attempt to restore service, correct the order, replace affected capacity, or provide a service credit where legally permitted and accepted by the customer.

5. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Refunded or credited data may be removed from the account, and consumed data may be deducted from any approved amount where permitted by law.

6. Consumer rights

This Policy does not limit a consumer’s mandatory rights. Applicable consumer law may provide cancellation, refund, or chargeback remedies despite this Policy.
